Following on from the extensive changes that have been made to the First Manchester services that serve the Bury New Road corridor that have been previously reported on, there is one further change that people will have noticed has already taken effect.

In response to the changes to the First Manchester service (which would have left Pilsworth unserved Monday to Saturday) the 154 services has been re-numbered service 94 and the route revised to serve Pilsworth.

The service is revised to operate between North Manchester General Hospital and Pilsworth via the existing 154 route to Oak Lane then via Mersey Drive, Kennedy Drive, Parr Lane, Hollins Lane, Croft Lane, Pilsworth Road to terminate at Pilsworth, Asda. The service no longer operates to Bury Interchange via Ribble Drive, Stanley Road, Bury New Road.
