A planning application for two semi-detached houses has been received for the corner of Heys Road and Holyrood Road in Prestwich. This site has been a problematic site for decades with derelict properties, and more recently a empty building site following the forced purchase of the land by the Council two years ago.

Local councillors have already asked the Councils to take action on the site owners to tidy up fly tipping that has been left on the empty site.
