Hospital Open Events

The Northern Care Alliance NHS Group which oversees Fairfield, North Manchester, Salford Royal, Oldham Royal and Rochdale hospitals will open its doors to the public and members in a series of special hospital open events during September and October 2018.

At the events, staff will be showcasing their work with the opportunity for people to share their views to help to continue to improve the experiences of those accessing the services provided by each hospital and Care Organisation within the Group.

There will also be the opportunity for visitors to take tours, as well as browse stalls and learn more about a variety of healthcare areas such as sepsis, stroke, maternity and cardiology as well as information on volunteering and careers. Plus visitors will also be able to enjoy free refreshments.

 

The open events will be held at:

Fairfield General Hospital – Monday 17th September, 2pm-4pm, Education Centre, Rochdale Old Road, Bury, BL9 7TD
The Royal Oldham Hospital – Wednesday, 19th September, 10am-12pm, Main Entrance
Rochdale Infirmary – Thursday 20th September, 2pm-4pm, Main Entrance
North Manchester General Hospital – Friday 28th September, 10am-12pm, Post-Graduate Education Centre
Salford Royal – Tuesday 2nd October, 10am-12pm, Frank Rifkin Lecture Theatre, Mayo Building
The open events will culminate with the first ever Joint Annual Members and Public Meeting for the Northern Care Alliance NHS Group. The meeting will take place on Monday, 8th October 2018 at 6pm in Humphrey Booth Lecture Theatre located in the Mayo Building at Salford Royal.
