Bury Council are currently consulting on the future of the three Civic Suites across Bury (Prestwich Longfield, Elizabethan Suite at the Town Hall, and Ramsbottom Civid Suite). Closure of all three is being considered.

We’re campaigning to keep Prestwich’s Longfield Suite open as a community space. Obviously it’s been shut recently, but pre-Covid it was full most days with community, family, commercial and cultural events.

This is our only large community space open to all. We must fight to save it.
